I've been coming here every month since 2011. The service had always been great and very professional. Personally, I would recommend Asia or Ruby herself. They both offer a very high quality massage, and are very knowledgable about what they are doing. I spent hours researching places to get a massage at, and Ruby's stood out to me. It is right on the corner of Trindle and Sinclair. Parking is off of Sinclair. It was not hard to find. I just looked for a big sign and made the turn. I did a good bit of waiting, but it was worth it, because the massage was phenomenal. If you are looking for extra service though, go somewhere else. They are very professional there.

I try to get to Ruby's at least once every other week. I've never had anything but an excellent massage and friendly service, whether from Ruby herself, or from anyone else at Ruby's. Prices were lowered a few months ago: $50/hr, $75 for 1.5 hrs. Great value, IMO. The business is located in a converted house, and the massage rooms are upstairs. Facilities are sparse, but massage is excellent. Very professional. If interested in "extra services" go elsewhere. Rates are reasonable. A couple of the therapists are English language challenged, so conversation is limited.

I have been to Ruby's many times and always get a good quality massage. Ruby is a very nice young girl and and very good at what she does. If you are looking for something extra with your masage then go somewhere else you will not find it here . They only give great massages for a fair price. I would recommend ruby's to anyone looking for a relaxing or theraputic massage.

This business provides the best massage I have ever experienced. It is important to consider the fact that this is not a "spa experience". The building is very minimally appointed and it is strictly a therapeutic massage environment- no fluff. The business could improve the setting so that the experience is more inviting and ultimately a better experience for the customer, however, I will continue to go there for excellent massage services they provide.

The staff is oriental and some don't speak English very well. You may have a limited conversation. They give a great massage. One warning: if you are modest, leave your underwear on because you will eventually be totally exposed during the massage if you don't. The massage is legitimate with no happy endings given or touching of the privates.

I am surprised to see so many services here. Unfortunately the place looks like the "other" kind of massage parlor. The red open sign on a dark building at night adds to the misunderstanding. Someone should tell these folks how to look legit!
