I have been seeing Ruby for Reflexology to address my high blood pressure and stress for the past 8 years. Experiencing a reflexology session with Ruby is life changing. She is an absolute expert in her field. The session starts off with a lovely foot soak and hand massage to set the tone of being pampered and relaxed. But the most amazing transformation happens when she starts your feet. I began using Ruby’s new skincare line “ Sublime “ with her original facial cleanser (Nourish) and eye cream ( Inspiration).In one short week the delightful Hydrating Mist along with the most incredible golden Glow Serum had closed my pores and smoothed my skin. Ruby is # 1 in Winchester - If you want to "Zone" out and relax look no further!. Reflexology has reduced my stress, neck/back pain, sinus congestion, and chronic pain from arthritis.
