The absolute worst ! – By necessity and location I had to return to have dry cleaning done here. What a mistake. Over priced and usually poorly done dry cleaning. Staff is rude, very indifferent and getting you stuff is a slow and agonizing process. They lost a good shirt, owner refused to return calls and manager of store basically told me to "pound salt". Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. Real bad stuff.

Hat Found DOA – Last Spring, I purchased an $80 Bailey fedora hat. I wanted it cleaned before wearing it again this season. My wife contacted Model Cleaners, who assured her that they could handle the job. When she returned to pick it up, the hat was completely ruined. The shape was totally gone, it had shrunk, and was still dirty. It was a wrinkled mess. The cleaner told her that he tried using several chemicals on it but couldn't get the hat cleaned. Watch out for credit card theft!!!!! – After being a loyal customer for nearly a year and giving them tons of business (literally-because their prices are astronomical), they double charged my credit card for a one hundred dollar cleaning bill. When I went in (with my receipt) and showed them their mistake, the male employee refused to refund my credit card, and then left me threatening voicemails that he would come to my place of work and "raise hell" if I pursued the issue further. HORRIBLE SERVICE! DON'T GO THERE. – I took a ball gown in to be dry cleaned as it has some dirt stains at the bottom. They returned the dress to me with what looked like bleach stains all over it. Instead of refunding my money, they said that 's just what happens sometimes when you clean a gown.

Terrible service – They lost my clothing, accused me of lying about it and refused to pay! I brought in the receipt for the dress and they accused me of forging it. This , after being a regular customer for 4 years.
