DO NOT BOOK!!! They cancelled just 30 minutes before our wedding reception was due to start, on what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives. They did not inform us or our venue manager directly. Our venue manager had been trying to contact them for hours, but they were not answering. We hired Ruby's to make mocktails for an influencer event we were hosting and thought the setup/service and cocktails were great. It felt like a really premium service, with great glassware. The booking process could have been a little easier if Ruby's had a better booking form.
We hired Ruby’s for our wedding reception on Saturday 13 September 2025. Our guests loved the drinks and cocktails they made, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options.
