Wonderful place to get together with pals for excellent food at a reasonable price. Fast friendly service, casual atmosphere.
I have eaten at other Ruby Tuesdays and thoroghly enjoyed my visit, but this particular one is at Westfield Towncenter, a big mall, close to my home. I have eaten there several times and was not impressed any time. The wait staff is stressed and slow. They forget things like your drink; a straw; your check. Each time I have eaten there I have had to chase down the wait staff to ask for a check, having waited as much as 20 minutes after finishing my meal.
