There were 5 of us eating at the Ruby Tuesdays in West Plains Missouri. The bathrooms were filthy and our waiter was high. We ordered 2 burgers, both medium rare. One came medium rare the other was well done. Not the best experience. It will be quite a while before we go back.

I have emailed twice for a refund from an online order and there has been no response. From my horrible experience at the Sanford, NC location to now dealing with a corporate office that has no customer service phone number and does not respond to emails, It only makes me believe that this is a culture issue for Ruby Tuesday’s and not a isolated issue. R.T you must do better. Places that don’t have a customer service process or phone line clearly don’t value customer’s time or money! I’ll be filing a BBB complaint today!

We visited Ruby Tuesday in Clarksville, Tennessee May 30, 2025. We had 4 in our party, couple of us did the two for $25. When they brought my friend’s dinner she found a hair in her food. The waiter apologized and was apologetic about it. We didn’t get upset, we understand things happen. They took her food off the bill and they rung up my food then the appetizer full price which was higher price than the $25 for both of our meals. We had dinner tonight at the West Plains Missouri location. The only good item that we had were from the bar. The app was tiny, dry and over cooked. The burger was okay but it only came with a handful of fries. Very disappointed.
