Went to 4199 location in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. Went there to eat . Mozzarella were not cooked properly. Order the baked potato to go. Got to hotel, opened the container and only napkin& butter was inside. No potato.. Tipped the girl $20.00 and finding no potato was inside. Men's room was dirty and disgusting. Never again will I go to Ruby.

Me and my pregnant wife had been eating Ruby Tuesday 3/4 times a month only issue we may have is small portions sometimes, but this particular day we got the Ribs,Ribeye steak, shrimp and one side meals. My wife steak smelled and tasted like a raw lamb chop which quickly made her nauseous and ruined her appetite!!🤢🤢🤮 and mine was partially foul but not as bad. A group of ladies came to the Bloomsburg Ruby Tuesday on August 13th we all ordered different sandwiches and salads. One lady burger came out raw and had to sent it back the fries were burned and was told by our waitress Shandra that the meal would be covered by the restaurant but she should order a dessert to go and that would be covered as well. When we got our bills the charged her for dessert and beverages which was iced tea. One other complaint we had was the salad bar was really messy a

I am a frequent (2x a week) Ruby Tuesday customer.As we all know, everyone is short of staff since the start of COVID-19 Pandemic. Unless you are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive in (be understanding) the staff are great! Their customer service is undeniably exceptional. I go to the location on Rt. 38 Mt. Laurel. although they have recently loss a few members, I can understand people want to grow, and need more income. There were 5 of us eating at the Ruby Tuesdays in West Plains Missouri. The bathrooms were filthy and our waiter was high. We ordered 2 burgers, both medium rare. One came medium rare the other was well done. Not the best experience. It will be quite a while before we go back.
