Can’t even speak to a live person forced to leave message just to get a no call back. I feel all the ruby tuesdsys need to be shut down this place is a joke

Service was excellent—staff friendly and attentive. However, portions are shockingly small across entrees. Ordered scallops and shrimp at Salisbury, MD location: barely enough for a child, with minimal rice/broccoli sides. Feels designed to force adding the $10.99 garden bar just to have a meal. Salad bar also lacks (no deviled eggs, often messy, missing utensils in bowls). Do better on portions, Ruby Tuesday—adults need adult‑sized food.

This is my second Sunday in a row coming to Ruby Tuesday, which I truly enjoy. However, last Sunday it was ridiculous. My family and I ended up going to another restaurant. There was hardly NO help in the restaurant as far as Cooks and they were talking about a 30 to an hour wait, which was RIDICULOUS. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. My husband bought the 30 day salad pass. He had gotten 5 days into the 30 and was told at our local Ruby Tuesday (where we go all the time and purchased the past) that they received an email from corporate stating they no longer honor the pass! Management had nothing else to say about a refund or anything. Simply no answers just an email from corporate.
