I was so nervous and scared! Every emotion I felt because my previous experience with just wanting to get a cut correction at a different place and I gave up because she messed me up bad! I had such an amazing experience with Ruby! She was super friendly and easy to talk to, and she really took her time with my hair. The shampoo was so thorough (one of the best I’ve ever had), and she actually listened to my concerns about my hair and used products that helped right away. My silk press came out flawless—soft, shiny, and full of body. I left the salon feeling confident and will definitely be back. Ten out of ten...highly recommend!!
