In my opinion, this place has gone downhill. Pam is still an excellent massage therapist but there has been a problem with customer service. Good luck trying to text them, because they'll tell you it goes to spam and if you call, you'll probably have to leave a voicemail. It seems like there's been a lack of clear communication between the owner, massage therapist and customer.
Just had the most incredible 75-minute massage with Melissa at The Ruby Sun! 🌞✨ From the moment I walked in, I could feel the calming, positive energy in the space. The staff greeted me so warmly, and the atmosphere was pure peace and relaxation. Melissa’s massage was beyond amazing—so soothing and exactly what I needed to fully unwind. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and truly treat yourself, I can’t recommend The Ruby Sun enough. 10/10 experience! 🙌💆♀️
