DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM USING VAGARO. She does not communicate-text or via phone, doesn’t answer the door and then charges you 100% of the service price right away as a no-show. Bummer, I needed a new lash person since mine went on Maternity leave, I think I spend $500 a month, but I guess she does need new business when she can charge people for nothing.

Claudia is the best! I was late because of the crazy traffic after a snowstorm, and she waited for me and worked me in between her other appointments. Thanks, Claudia!

Robbed me of $35 for a leg wax. I was running late and tried to call several times and all calls went straight to voicemail. I should up 20minutes late at their door and there was no one to answer. Not 1 call to see if I was arriving or not, like most places do. But I was promptly charged with a No Show fee for the full price. When it really should’ve been a 50% late cancellation, since I tried calling and DID in fact showed up. Very sketchy business, I won’t miss their humble little wax room. This review is not for Claudia but for Maria. I asked for a set of volume lashes but got a set of classic lashes that were barely put onto my real lashes. They were put on almost the tip of my eye lashes. Majority of them fell off the first night while I was asleep and a lot fell off the next day while I was at work. I now have gaps throughout the entire set (you would think it was time for a fill in). Maria was nice but I honestly feel like I waste $150.
