Ruby's bagels is an experience unlike any other. Take that how you will. I live nearby and so I go here often with my ameegas (sorry for any americans, that means friends in spanish.) The atmosphere is warm and cute, and I love the art on the walls. The service is exceptional. Nobody's friendly but honestly if they really wanted to emulate the "New York Bagel Shop" vibe then yeah they got the bitchy attitude pat down. My only true complaint is my toasted bagels. Good bagel seems close to ny style but a bit pricey for a egg sandwich
My 1st time here! The sun dried tomato and Asiago bagel with egg and Swiss cheese was delicious! My friend comes here often and raves about their bagels!! When I come again, I really want to try a flagel!!
