I had a 12 PM appointment for my annual check-up and experienced a 2-hour wait for a 20-minute visit with the doctor. I’m not sure if there are newer employees, but there was no communication about any delays. After waiting an additional 30-40 minutes for blood work, I was told I could reschedule if I was getting delayed—which was unacceptable, considering I had fasted overnight for this appointment. The lack of communication and organization made the experience frustrating. I will be looking elsewhere for my needs.
