Definitely - the team arrived on the planned day, and were straight into it until the job was completed. Throughout, Michael was thorough in ensuring it was being completed to a high standard, and they were a pleasure to have around. They cleaned up after themselves, and were responsive to any questions/queries I had about aspects of the job. Most notable is that Michael was serious in offering to come back if I subsequently found something I was not happy about, but having checked over it, it is a pleasing result.
