I recently moved to the city and wanted to check out a new nail place. Just wanted to say that this is it! From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the staff cares about cleanliness and customer service. Everyone that was there was in pure relaxation mode. There was nice music to listen to and lucky for me they were playing Clueless on the screens which made for a fun nail appointment. Charlie took care of me. This review is Purely based on the customer service. Every single time I go here I do not feel welcomed. Almost like I bothered them that I just walked in. Had an appointment for a polish change and they refused to let me sit on a massage chair because it was just a polish change.
