Inconsistent pricing, inconsistent craftsmanship, charges you to fix things that should be their responsibility. Gave a lot of chances. Wanted it to work. If you value consistency and product/service integrity, you may not find this to be a great match either. We will go elsewhere now.

I’ve been coming to Ruby for years with my dad to get pedicures and we’ve always had a good time coming here. I had a pedicure done recently elsewhere so I decided to get a manicure this time. Leo did a fantastic job with my cat eye nails and he really took pride in his work. Lisa and Lee have always been great working with. They’ve also always been flexible with our last minute calls to come in. Can’t complain!

I got a fabulous manicure/pedicure from Ruby nails in Mission Plaza(Winn Dixie) from Leo. Thank you so much Leo! First time at Ruby’s and finally got a great mani/pedi after living here in Naples 5 years.

Called to see if there was an open appointment and was told to just come in. Ariana did my manicure and pedicure and did a fantastic job. I will definitely go to Ruby's again
