Been coming here for months.. today I was treated like a walk in rather than a loyal customer.. service was poor.. booked an appointment like usual.. the tech i made an appointment with pushed me to another tech to complete my service..so they could service another client in my time frame.. why book an appointment if someone else can book over me.. today was not a good experience and I’m truly disappointed
I absolutely love this place. I rather go a couple months without a pedicure then I would to cheat on them. Every time I’m in town I have to come see them. Never once had a bad experience they’re loving and welcoming every single time! I’ve been going here for four years. I haven’t been back in town in almost 3 months and my gel pedicure was still intact perfectly since last time just hell of grown out lol
I have visited this location upwards of 10 times Max. I've paid for upgraded pedicures and approx 3 out of those 10 times on a busy day received the express pedicure vs what I paid for. Strike 1. Strike 2 is me feeling uncomfortable during my recent visit and using a translator to realize they were discussing myself and another patron. Final straw is paying for a service and being uncharged bc I wanted the tips of 2 of my toes painted and I had already paid for the gel upgrade.
