Unfortunately, my first visit was disappointing. The staff's approach seemed hurried, and the quality of the services was not up to par. Dee, I took you up on your offer to fix my nails. When I arrived, I was sent over to the same nail tech that previously had done my nails. I explained that I had requested French tip SNS nails with an additional tip, but the tips were filed down to my original nail length, making my nails crooked and uneven. I always love my nails from Rubys!! I’ve been a loyal customer for 2+ years now and I cannot go anywhere else💖💖
First visit and what I experienced first hand is the staff doesn’t appear to be very inviting, as far as the services go.. they were rushed through so quickly that I was unable to relax at all! Overall results were not the absolute best, sharp and crooked nails/polish etc. I next to never leave a bad review but this was very disappointing.
