Warning - don't go here. The woman doing my nails must have been the manager as she watched her staff on the security cameras on her phone the entire time she did my nails. This is why she cut the skin beside my nail and after almost two weeks it's still painful and trying to heal. Today I went and saw my GP about it so these nail extensions have been very expensive to say the least! I then had the extensions carefully removed somewhere else. How disappointing, pedicure and manicure is a treat and self-care that was not the case at the McRae salon. It was dirty. They didn’t even greet you. The lady doing my pedicure did nothing besides paint my toes and put my feet in warm water for $50. I could’ve saved the money, and painted my own toenails I will not be going back. The person doing my nails literally trimmed one nail. Hey there’s nine more toes. I’ve never Witnessed such an unenthusiastic person in customer service.zero stars.
I honestly didn’t have a bad experience unlike the reviews. I got a pedicure. They were polite and the massage chair was comfortable. They were quick and gave me a tea: No complaints and my feet feel great.
HORRIBLE never go there they fell of 2 days after I got them done so I went back and they did them free but she did it and I showed her a Picture and the shape I wanted what was coffin and she did the complete opposite so disappointed in them and will not go back
