I had 3 watches that need a battery change.I went to Ruby Jewelry for the first time thinking I'm going to leave my watches there for a day or so just like my former Jewelry did.But instead Richard changed the battery right there and then and I even got to watch it.He made me feel at ease and welcome.I will definitely come back for future repairs.Highly recommend.
