I had a really great experience at Ruby Health. My appointment with NP Kate was excellent! She was very thorough and walked me through everything step by step. She was incredibly patient with all of my questions and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. She was also very easy to talk to, and I immediately felt comfortable with her. I had a wonderful experience at Ruby Health. I saw Kate, the Nurse Practitioner, and Taylor, the LPN, and both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Kate took the time to really listen to my concerns and made me feel heard and supported. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything clearly so I could make informed decisions about my care. I highly recommend Ruby Health. Had a great experience with their nurse Taylor who took my blood, and Kathleen who did my follow up care plan. Very friendly staff and so nice to find a place that actually focuses on woman’s health. I have referred friends as well. Very positive experience!
I recently visited Ruby Health, a newly opened women’s health clinic in Calgary, after feeling that my GP did not have the depth of expertise I was looking for regarding perimenopause and menopause.
