I've gone back and forth about writing this review because I genuinely wanted this service to be a positive experience. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The initial consultation was easy enough, but once payment was made, it felt like I was no longer a priority. I was prescribed hormones with very little follow-up or ongoing care. There was no proactive check-in to see how I was tolerating the medication, whether I was experiencing side effects, or if my symptoms were improving. Ruby Health has been so wonderful! The girls at the desk were super helpful with questions about the whole process. When I went for blood work it was so easy and the girl who did my blood draw was so informative. As someone who is afraid of needles and has had issues with healthcare in the past the space and people made me feel super comfortable! I have and will continue to recommend people I know to go to Ruby :)

I had a really great experience at Ruby Health. My appointment with NP Kate was excellent! She was very thorough and walked me through everything step by step. She was incredibly patient with all of my questions and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. She was also very easy to talk to, and I immediately felt comfortable with her. I had a wonderful experience at Ruby Health. I saw Kate, the Nurse Practitioner, and Taylor, the LPN, and both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Kate took the time to really listen to my concerns and made me feel heard and supported. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything clearly so I could make informed decisions about my care.
