Dr. Gupta is truly professional and knows what she does in terms of diagnosis, treatments and prescribing medications. She has been phenomenal while making us understand the causes and effects. She will be my go to doctor for my future.
Dr Gupta is great, no concerns with care. Office schedules 6 month routine appts without notifying patient; we wouldn't have known except they called to reschedule an appointment we didnt even know we had, then had attitude insisting their records are correct, not us. I keep track of Mom's appts & am certain this appt was not made by us. I have appt on the calendar within the same month. I truly feel that Dr. Gupta is the answer to my prayers! She is the third oncologist that I have seen and have to say is hands down the best! I was kind of surprised at my last appointment when she came in with a trainee but was very glad for future cancer patients that she is training the future oncologists because every cancer patient deserves a doctor like her! She was nor caring or considerate. I couldn't even ask questions to her she wouldn't listen to me either. She cuts me off and doesn't know anything about research medications and the possible good effects of green mactcha tea Which is having good results in cancer research. She is only about kemo and traditional therapies that ate dangerous and outdated.
My mother went to this doctor for her breast cancer. She was uncaring and unsympathetic. She didn't care about how she was feeling after having 2 surgeries because they messed up her first one. Then put in her reports that she explains the risks and treatment options afterwards, which she did not. If I could give zero stars I would. If you care about your loved ones, please do not go to her. We have since switched oncologists.
