Poor quality, poor customer service, and the warranty is an ABSOLUTE rip off! Shortly after I got my dinning room table I noticed there were bubbles and it was determined the veneer was lifting (hard to get true hardwood these days). TL;DR The couch is great, but the risk of having to deal with customer service processes, and David Edmunds himself, is too high to recommend actually buying anything from Ruby Gordon.I ordered a sectional in Aug 2020, and due to COVID-19 I didn't receive it until Mar 2021, which is understandable, but a piece of the couch was wrong and it was Ruby Gordon's mistake. The delivery very slow, but salesman are friendly.
We had a relaxing, wonderful experience at the Henrietta store. Dave Booher worked with us and extended us so much kindness. He was knowledge and professional. We bought furniture for our living room, dining room and bedroom. Being that we had to buy so much he helped us break everything down so it wasn’t so overwhelming. If you need furniture go right to Ruby Gordon and ask for Dave!

I highly discourage anyone from purchasing their care plans. We bought the pet care policy which is supposed to cover cleaning and stain removals. The company they use REFUSED to properly clean the couch. Said I would have to make a claim for each section of the piece. IE ( armrest, footrest, headrest, seat). All separate appts!!!Even though when I made appt I requested entire piece to be cleaned!
