Horrible experience, tried calling the business to handle this at store level, and they hung up on me twice. During the massage employees friends came into the room during my massage which is against my privacy. Also their credit card machine was down and they didn’t disclose this before my appointment started. So the employee fallowed me to the atm, had to pay a $5 service charge to pull money out. Then because of the experience I had I was not going to leave a tip, the employee then screamed out at me in the middle of Schn... read more
