called in the morning to see if somebody could come out and look at electrical problem . Somebody told me she would get in touch with Kevin the general contractor and he would call me back which he never did so I sat all day and waited instead of calling somebody else that would actually show up very disappointing!!

I didn’t even get a quote to know their pricing. I called for a quote, a guy came out and said they would call me. I never heard anything. I called after a month went by. They said I had to speak with the guy. He would call me that day. Didn’t call me. I called the next day, he said he still needed to write a price and will call me the next day. Never for a call. I called Ruby Electric on a Thursday afternoon. Troy was at my house at 9:15am on Friday for a 9:30 appointment. His work was very professional and thorough. I would recommend Ruby Electric for any and all electrical issues.

We cannot say enough good things about Ruby Electric. They responded to our electrical problem in a very timely manner getting our power restored to our home. Their personnel were prompt, professional, thorough, and courteous.
