Troy and his guys including Ty and Grant did a great job of upgrading electricity to my house. I would suggest anyone contact Ruby Electric if they need electrical work done.
I only left a 5-star review because 6 stars wasn’t an option. Unbelievably fast, courteous and fair priced. Great people.
We are absolutely very satisfied with the way Troy and his company took care of an emergency for us. We had a limb for on the power cable that comes to the house and pulled it away. We were told we needed a licensed electrician to get it reattached to the house. Not only did the reattach it but they used better products to make sure this doesnt happen again. I had a bathroom light off. They came and said the connection was lose and fixed it. They charged $210 for this 15 minute job. $110 service call minimum plus $100 for additional labour which is for the travel expenses of the technician. When I called them and asked what the additional $100 is for they were very rude and called me names and used swearwords and insisted that they charge $100 for the travel of their technicians. Be aware that they charge $100 for travel expenses of their technician for a 15 minute job.
Troy Ruby is great to work with and highly recommend for anyone in looking for an upgrade!
