During all the visits my daughters and I have made to Ruby Dental, we have always received good service.
When your teenage children refuse to return somewhere, you cant help but be concerned.
If you don't reply to their confirmation text then they will cancel your appointment. Lobby always has at least 20 people. Wait time usually at least 2 hours. They don't even let parents go back with their child. My child also said they kept hurting her during her cleaning. Go anywhere but here super unprofessional.
