If I could give zero stars I would! My kid got braces here and the brackets were never put on correctly and keep coming apart from her teeth. We have waited months for appointments to have them fixed on several occasions all to get to the appointment early and have them cancel because something came up with the dentist! Yall have got to do better! You get people that hardly speak English answering phones that aren’t even in the location who can’t help u so what’s the point?
One of the most unorganized and dirtiest places I've ever been in. They have no clue what they're doing, dentist wants to half ass explain things with a mask on her face so you can't understand anything she says. I waited for two months to receive a call I was suppose to receive in two weeks and it was for them to do the work they should have done on the first visit. We do not live close. The phone call I was supposed to get was from somewhere they referred my son to. Still haven't heard a word from them for that. This place... read more
The people are so friendly and helpful. We arrived early and we were seen within 10 minutes.
Ruby Dental has been providing excellent care to my family for nearly a decade. I love the staff here!
