I have now had to reschedule my Orthodontist Adjustment for my braces 3 times because of the lack of communication and professionalism.I had a tooth extraction appointment and an Adjustment appointment today. I get there and get my tooth pulled out just for them to tell me my appointment for the Ortho Adjustment was canceled. I wasn’t informed of this until I was there. RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY! I drove over an hour to half to have my daughter seen because she aged out of the pediatric dentist she was going to and this place was the only one accepting new patients for her insurance. I called them on the way there to let them know we may be 5 mins late they said as long as its no more than 10 mins. We get there and they do x-rays and the chair they put her in was in a common like area with 3 other patient chairs all open everyone could hear and see everyone's information and x-rays.
