Sold me on a major new crown that was “Urgent” I was told “if we don’t do this today your tooth will die” well after $490 out of pocket and 6 weeks of intense pain. During which Dr. Ruby refused to prescribe me anything for the pain and assured me that the tooth was still alive and “some pain is normal” I went to see my oral surgeon that found a 9mm pocket down the side of my newly crowned tooth. I did not have an appointment today. My spouse, CIndy Budd, had an appointment today.
The whole team is very kind and helpful. The process went very smoothly, I knew exactly what was happening and what came next. They addressed all of my concerns, I left with a better understanding of my dental health, a plan moving forward, and proactively scheduled appointments! I would recommend Ruby dental to anyone but especially for people who are looking for a less overwhelming small dental office feel.
