Excellent cleaning & exam. Who knew teeth could feel so good! The hygienist is off the charts.... Never had such a thorough cleaning on my teeth! And Dr. Ruby is excellent. I feel great in her care. She is always there for advice and is always sharing cutting edge insights in oral care.
I was sent an email asking for my review of my most recent teeth cleaning. I left an accurate 1-Star review that I took time off of work for my cleaning only to be told after I'm in the office that cleaning won't happen today that I have to reschedule, but they had time to take x-rays. After I left a review, I received a response back with a form essentially telling me to take my business elsewhere. Took time off of work for my cleaning only to be told after I'm in the office that cleaning won't happen today that I have to reschedule.
It's been 14 months since I got a crown at Ruby Dental (July 2025). The experience was traumatic for me and I've avoided writing this review because I didn't want to re-live it. Now, however, the pain in the area of what I will call my "botched" crown is becoming unbearable. The main issue was that during appts in June of 2025 I communicated to the team there that what they were doing was very painful.
