Ruby was a true professional. She explained exactly her recommendations after quickly assessing my hair and face shape - walked out with the best haircut I had in years. Highly recommended especially if you have half asian hair / asian hair.
I went for a women’s haircut with hair washing, and Kim did a great job—everything was done nicely within an hour. The hair washing was a little too forceful for my liking, but I really liked the haircut. Overall, it was a positive experience.
