I arrived on time for my appointment, but I still had to wait about 20 minutes before my haircut started. On my last visit, there was only one hairstylist, Ruby, who was already working on another customer. She didn’t start my appointment until around 20 minutes after my scheduled time. The haircut itself also felt very rushed. While doing my hair, she used the hair dryer at a very high and extremely hot setting, which was uncomfortable and felt like it was hurting my scalp.
