We offer dry cleaning and laundry services at lower prices like a discount cleaner, but have higher standards in the care of your garments. Most of dry cleaning garments are priced at $2.50, and laundry shirts are cleaned and pressed for $1. In these tough times, we try to bring you the best prices without cutting back on quality. Everything is done on premises (exception of area rugs, leather, and suede) so if you bring in your garments before 10am you can have your clothes by 5pm the same day.

Absolutely terrible customer service here. You have one job in the service industry and it is to be nice- no matter the circumstances or what is going on in your personal life. How does a business expect to maintain customer satisfaction? To me, it doesn’t matter how great of a job someone does, if you don’t have decent respect for people walking through your doors you should probably shut them for good.
