LOVED IT! As a vegetarian, easily 5/5 stars. I usually hate cornbread, but at Ruby Begonias it was absolutely delicious! The hot honey glaze really makes it amazing. I had the special for tonight which was a honey bourbon glazed planked salmon and it was hands down the best salmon I have ever had…. I’m hoping they add it to their permanent menu! We were here shortly after they opened and found things disorganized, but thought the place had potential, and we determined to return. We really wanted to be pleasantly surprised, but alas, we were not. The room is pleasant, bright and comfortable. We were promptly seated and given menus. The waitress quickly took our drink and dinner order, and quickly followed up to clarify the size of wine requested, and to correct her report of available beers on tap.
