Hola, soy clienta de Daniel y Diana y estaba presente cuando Paula estaba en el proceso de su cabello, me consta que los chicos siempre estuvieron presente con ella he hicieron varias pruebas de color para que ella eligiera, ella llegó con cabello negro tinturado y quería un color soñado. As you can see, I came in with a pink peekaboo and dark brown hair. The hair stylist, Daniel, lifted me to a level 7.5, according to him. He was impressed it lifted so well. He made a mistake with a test strand and dyed my hair blue green. He started working on another client that was getting a straightening treatment and left me with the other stylist several times at this point. I love my hairstylist, but the salon in general has gone downhill. They always clean with strong chemicals while clients are there without considering that clients have allergies to strong fumes. They should clean at the end of the day not the next morning when business opens. Pure laziness! This is only one complaint of several.

after they changed the owner recently the place has gone down hill. nail techs are not great
