They have the most 1 star reviews. The problem is there are not many Indian eyebrow threading places around. They are good with don’t the eyebrows, however customer service is negative 100. U go enter your name and keep waiting- it could be hours- nobody even acknowledges you! Also there is such bad tension amongst the staff and it is always put in front of the customers and honestly is too much. As I said the only reason I go here is to get my eyebrows done and can’t go anywhere far.

visited today for eye brow services they are talking and doing and she made my eye brow very thin and when I ask they are very rude I never going to visit again Very disappointed

I did my hair cut in Ruby and Zohra has did my hair cut, she did a excellent work, they way she cut my hair shows her good experience . Thank you soo much making my hair style in shorter time and its soo perfect. Much appreciated zohra. All the best.

We had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The stylist seemed unsure of the haircut being done, and the result turned out extremely poor. To make matters worse, there was even a cut near the eye while doing the eyebrows, which is completely unacceptable. The overall service lacked professionalism, and it’s hard to understand how such standards are being maintained. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this salon.
