The eyebrow lady was very slow and painful and made my eyebrows look so uneven. When she applied lotion, shes supposed to put on eyebrows not the hair. The lady put lotion in my hair and made it so greasy!! Please avoid to go here. They dont even welcome you and give bad service. Not satisfied!!! Plus the lotion she used had a bad smell, it was cheap lotion. Atleast use good quality products!!!
Very unprofessional and bad service. Not recommended for eyebrow. Usually you have to greet customer ask what kind of eyebrow does customer needs, she just did eyebrow and she says I removed extras. That kind of removing extra I can do with tweezers no need to go for parlor. If parlor takes for walk ins please have eyebrow professional to do the job. Very Disappointing Experience I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this location. One of the staff members—an older woman who wears glasses—has been particularly unprofessional. She seems rushed, lacks attention to detail, and unfortunately does not know how to properly shape eyebrows. On multiple occasions, she has cut my eyebrows and made excuses instead of acknowledging the mistake. The overall service is careless and unwelcoming. I won’t be returning.
No stars.I had a terrible experience at this parlor today. The staff member doing my eyebrow threading abandoned me mid-procedure after I waited 25 minutes. I felt discriminated against, and their service was unprofessional. Unfortunately, I won't be returning
