Very Disappointing Experience I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this location. One of the staff members—an older woman who wears glasses—has been particularly unprofessional. She seems rushed, lacks attention to detail, and unfortunately does not know how to properly shape eyebrows. On multiple occasions, she has cut my eyebrows and made excuses instead of acknowledging the mistake. The overall service is careless and unwelcoming. I won’t be returning.
No stars.I had a terrible experience at this parlor today. The staff member doing my eyebrow threading abandoned me mid-procedure after I waited 25 minutes. I felt discriminated against, and their service was unprofessional. Unfortunately, I won't be returning
So unhygienic and disgusting. She put the stick she used to wax me back inside the wax and left it there. They don't replace the sticks. And she gave up halfway through waxing me and left the wax on me. I'm so shocked.
