I nearly cried today after eating the strawberry cupcake. I have gluten and dairy allergies and have not had one in so long! The texture was amazing and I wouldn't have known the difference!
I cannot say enough good things about Ruby Baking Co.! I let her know that I was going to be traveling with some items out of state and she prepped the cupcakes for travel. This was a cute little bakery that specializes in vegan and gluten-free baked goods. We got the raspberry loaf, cannoli cake, and chocolate chip cookies. I was impressed by how moist and soft they were for GF treats. Definitely will return.
I have been meaning to visit Ruby’s Baking Company ever since I began seeing their reviews on Facebook, and today I finally did. Ive been gf for 11 years and this is the first time I have had the pleasure of being in a bakery in which ALL of the yummy treats are gluten free! It was such a thrill that I could have bought one of everything. I bought cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, sweet bread, a donut, oatmeal cream pie and my husband got a coconut caramel brownie. Awesome little bakery! All of their bakery is gluten free and awesomely delicious! Highly recommended if you have celiac disease. Fast and very friendly service!
