I went into this store location on 9/19 around 430 p.m. the young girls who work there are incredibly rude and not helpful at all. I went to the register to exchange a skirt I had just bought three days ago at the store (I tried it on for an outfit, hated it). Their return policy is either exchange or store credit with the receipt and within two weeks. If I could give this store a 0/10 I would. I didn’t even get as far as to shop. When we walked in we were not even greeted but as soon as another lady of non color walked in she was greated with “weclome.” That immediately made me turn around and leave! I can see why most of these reviews are about their lack of customer service and racism. & the associate couldn’t even say she didn’t see me I was standing right next to her!
"I am giving this store one star only because I cannot give zero. My experience at Ruby and Jenna was appalling. I was subjected to discriminatory and racist treatment by the staff, which made me feel extremely vulnerable and judged throughout my visit. It is unacceptable that in 2026, this kind of behavior still persists. I strongly advise against visiting this place if you expect to be treated with dignity and respect."
