If I could give this store a 0/10 I would. I didn’t even get as far as to shop. When we walked in we were not even greeted but as soon as another lady of non color walked in she was greated with “weclome.” That immediately made me turn around and leave! I can see why most of these reviews are about their lack of customer service and racism. & the associate couldn’t even say she didn’t see me I was standing right next to her!
"I am giving this store one star only because I cannot give zero. My experience at Ruby and Jenna was appalling. I was subjected to discriminatory and racist treatment by the staff, which made me feel extremely vulnerable and judged throughout my visit. It is unacceptable that in 2026, this kind of behavior still persists. I strongly advise against visiting this place if you expect to be treated with dignity and respect."
Poor service. No help
When I first walked into the store, I was immediately impressed. The selection, color palette, and quality of the clothing really stood out, and I felt excited to shop. I picked out a few items and headed to the register. While checking out, I asked one of the associates about a blue dress I didn’t see in my size.
