Excellent food and service. The sunset views from the deck are great too. Definitely will be back this summer.
Wow! Our first time eating or visiting Ruby360 Lodge and we had a fabulous evening. Music was great, Christmas decor beautiful, service was stellar, and the food...fantastic! The flavors popped! One of our party ordered the vegetarian meal which turned out to be an amazing risotto--so good that we were all raving about it, and I'm still thinking about it today! All treats, no tricks at Ruby 360 this Halloween. The lamb chops and caramelized cheesecake were phenomenal. Service was kind and attentive. The Ruby 360 experience is worth the drive.
The Ruby Lodge is an amazing experience! We stayed for a girls' trip over the weekend to experience the dinner event one night with live music. The staff is outstanding and they are better than many 5 star resorts I stay at. The food and service were excellent. We never had to wait or ask for anything. The views and sunsets are beautiful. The location is well marked and easy to find. Lamoille Canyon is nearby and an excellent place to hike.
