Hania (property manager) is greasy, grimy, incompetent and disrespectful. This property is over run by homeless and the apartments all have failing infrastructure. Hania has a third grade reading level and struggles greatly completing very simple day to day tasks to keep the property running. She will lie and slander your concerns for personal and financial gain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I had a tour scheduled here weeks in advance, but management made multiple mistakes that resulted in me never seeing the unit! 🙃 First, nobody ever sent me the apartment # or lock box code, so I had to follow up with them a few hours before. They told me I wasn’t scheduled until I showed them the texts. Then, when I got to the complex I saw there was also a code to get inside the building.
