On my second visit to this office, I had a question about my insurance. I was speaking to the front desk staff when the dr. comes wheeling around from the side and interjects himself into the conversation in a loud and aggressive tone. After about 15 seconds of this I finally said " O.k., I get it, I get it." He stopped shouting. I thought it was just a bad day until I saw a review from another person who had a similar experience. I have a new Dr. who is actually nice to her patients.
I had an extremely terrible experience with at Dr. Rubsam's office today. When I walked in the secretary asked me to double check my insurance as she was saying I didn't have vision coverage. I know I do (I pay for it each month) and so made some phone calls to ensure I was still covered. When I came back to the desk the secretary and I were talking just to clarify the issue. During our conversation I could hear Dr. Rubsam answering my questions, but from what I assume was his office? I couldn't see him ... he was in another... read more
