After many years without incorporating a routine massage in my schedule I tried Rubs on a whim.My first massage from Jose was great. He identified areas that needed work. Jose was unavailable for my next scheduled appointment and then had Patrice. Out of the 5 different therapists I've used over the past 15 years: Patrice is the BEST. A friend highly recommended Akira, describing her as the best masseuse at the spa, so I decided to see for myself. I had high hopes for this visit because the booking process was so seamless. Unfortunately the massage pressure was painful. I had mentioned several times it was painful. I found the technique to be overly intense rather than therapeutic, and it left my body in quite a bit of discomfort afterwards. I recommend this spot for their customer service, but I would advise future clients to be very explicit about pressure boundaries.
I had a massage today with Lisa. She is the best, and I highly recommend her to anyone.
