Horrific. Photos & video below. 1. Booked the appointment via Vagaro 2. Was given the incorrect address thus disabling me from receiving services. I booked 1 massage 1 full set acrylic 1 partial highlight. Arrived, was told they were calling the nail tech for my appointment & facial (never asked for a facial & they didn’t know where the nail tech was) then was asked to sit for my hair. Gina is absolutely amazing!!! She’s literally a miracle worker with hair. I wish I would’ve came in sooner. I can’t wait to come back!
Gina is an absolute artist. I brought my daughter in law in for a haircut. She has very textured hair and has always struggled to find somewhere that knows how to manage her hair. Gina knew exactly what to do and gave her the most adorable haircut. I’ve never seen her so happy.
