The worse Rubio’s I’ve ever been to manager threw my order on to the counter then shouted my name got home to a chicken burrito that looked messy as if it was scraps that was picked up from the ground. when I ordered a fish burrito i am pescatarian called it in and didn’t even get a apology this is my second time visiting this location employee and manager are rude and unwelcoming I will definitely not be going back there.
Rubios locations appear to be hit or miss now. Sometimes quick and tasty, other times slow and questionable. Overall with all restauraunt experiences they get 3/5. Clearly some areas for improvement (Employees always look miserable in stores, stores often missing critical components. (Drink fountain malfunctioning or out of soda, No Ice, Empty Salsa Bar, etc.)) Rubios has come a far way since you had fish tanks! Unfortunately not always for the better.
Not transparent with customers about their sourcing.
I recently saw a report calling out Rubio's for committing to a cage-free egg policy but then redacted it? Why the change of heart? Your customers deserve better!
