This review is long overdue, but good things take time. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted warmly by Grant or with Siera’s playful humor, which instantly helps you feel at ease. Went to two appointments roughly 2 years, and during the second appointment, staff member was rude, hostile, and condescending. Also had severe irritation and breakout in the area treated area that I spoke with the owner about, who was curt, short, and refused to take accountability for the treatment I received and behavior of her staff. Never again. Not sure if other black women had the same experience as myself, and if so, my experience outlined here should be noted. Never again.

I've been coming here for almost two months now and my experience as a POC has been nothing but outstanding. First of all the location, Claremont is beautiful and the business is located in a great spot. Everyone here is so welcoming, any embarrassment about my situation is literally thrown out the window. I can't recommend Rubiology enough. Don't be afraid to start your hair-free journey. I waited years thinking it wasn't possible but it definitely is.

Rubiology has completely exceeded my expectations. The professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail are unmatched. They take the time to explain the process, make you feel comfortable, and truly care about delivering great results. Electrolysis can feel intimidating, but they make it such a smooth and positive experience. I’m beyond grateful to have found them. Five stars all the way :)).
