I have had the pleasure of getting to know Sara Rubinstein through a series of intense agriculture photo shoots. These photo shoots required waking at obscene hours often after working days that averaged 16 hours. In a fifteen minute timeframe, I have witnessed Sara disarm a group of farmers, getting them to step back from their time sensitive work, to get the shot in the with perfect light that only comes in a short window of the early morning or late evening.
