It was good
For my first visit with Dr. Rubinstein I waited over an hour in the waiting room. He determined he needed to do a hearing test and another test that would only take 10 minutes. Due to delays, I was at the office for 3 hours and 45 minutes. I waited so long that he had to renumbed. That is unacceptable. The only reason I returned is because I can't afford anywhere else due to my insurance policy.
After working with another very well-respected (and very good, as well) ENT practice, I had to find other options due to their inability to see me in a timely manner. Another physician recommended Dr. Rubinstein. Having dealt with an ear problem for 6 months, never having it fully cured, I am now finally on the way to recovery. My hearing and pain are significantly improved and my confidence is Dr. Rubinstein continues to grow. Success without long waits, no fancy office required!
