This has been a mixed bag for me: 1. The garlic and shallot toppings are not traditional and that would be fine if they were good and improved the experience. Unfortunately , a soggy mush on top of the bagel is not appétissant in the least. It also limits the options for the other fillings one might want to put on their bagel. I wish I could give them more stars. Very expensive and the service takes way too long. They messed up my lunch order twice and it was not even busy. My daughter got sick from her lunch sandwich. Had such high hopes for them.
