Extremely rude lady. Have a 2.5 million home in Chicago that I wanted to see if she was interested in taking on. Wanted to charge 3.5%, which not quite sure if she really adds that much value. Not even a top 10 realtor. Complete trash attitude. More interested in promoting herself than your property. Anyways went with someone else.
Rubina is an amazing realtor. My wife and had the pleasure of having her as our realtor. She is the best and has given us the best service. We will definitely be asking for her expertise in the future.

I was hired to provide catering for an open house hosted by this Rubina and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While doing our job, we were spoken to in a belittling manner in front of her guests, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Vendors and service workers are part of what helps events run smoothly, and basic respect should be extended to everyone involved. Rubina is an outstanding broker. Her professionalism helped us to sell a property in less than one week after listing it. Prior to us appointing her as an agent for the property in question, our property had been on the market for over 6 months. We couldn’t sell as we were unable to attract genuine buyers!
