Rubina and Azin were our dream team. We felt heard throughout the process but also knew we could trust their guidance and experience. They were willing to take things off our plate so our move could be as easy as possible. Without them, I don’t think we’d have sold our condo as quickly as we did! If you get the chance to work with them, do it. You’ll be in good hands.
This is our third time working with Rubina and I cannot recommend her enough. We used her to buy a new condo (which we got for a great price) and she sold two of our other condos (for which we got top dollar during a difficult phase in the housing market when interest rates were sky high!). You won’t regret working with Rubina and her excellent team.
