Experienced, knowledgeable, professional doctor and staff. I have confidence in their medical knowledge. their eyeglass manufacturer is top notch and solved problems I had with my previous eyeglasses, including the wrong shape frame for me.
Dr. Rubin and his staff are not patient centered. They bark orders and bully patients. They also needed me to educate them on medications and treatments. I found them to be completely incompetent.
Always provides excellent care. Explains procedures and treatments and will spend as much time as necessary to make sure you understand options, etc. Also has a great sense of humor. Know he has also donated his time to speak to M.S. Patients, etc. A great doctor!
On my third try, he failed on all levels, exams, customer completion, and cost effectiveness Who tells a patient their face is sagging after an hour wait to fix bent frames? After Dr. Rubin fails to note macular degeneration and contact wearer only in rx Losing his mind? Office staff nice but unskilled and unpleasant and unpredictable Upprice on specs toooo high to be cocky!
