I would not recommend this facility if there was a gun held to my head. I don't like how I was trying to call and communicate that I was nearby the facility due to public transportation issues and they made a mockery about me making sure it was communicated. There's nothing wrong with clarification or questions. I feel like clients would not have to push or nag if they weren't so condescending because it seems "minimal" to them. I do not recommend this place even for urgent care. I went to this location because I broke my foot. The first person at the front desk was rude, but apparently she was filling in for someone that had to step away. After I checked in and filled out my paperwork a young girl who couldn't pronounce my name, and barely spoke at all and had no personality walked me to a patient room. So unorganized and slow. Doctors are competent but you're going to waste your time here. They leave you sitting in a room for more than an hour, no updates, nobody cares. The staff has time to order food several times though and is having a good time chatting and cussing. Won't be back here, cannot not recommend enough...
