**Edit** I would like to add on the below comments as Rubin’s home failed to replaced our Quartz counter top for the kitchen island. This was completely damage while they were working here and suppose to be replaced since April 2024. Every message that were send to Tiffany and her team stating this will be done soon and now they failed to reply to our messages since December 2024. I come to learn as they are out of business. My house was halfway done when I hired Rubin Custom Homes and they been working on it for over 1 and a half year and still can't get it done.all they do is give us excuses and not doing any work.

Rubin Custom Homes never completed the job as promised, even though they collected full payment. When we tried to follow up regarding the unfinished work, they repeatedly dodged our calls and eventually blocked our numbers. Their lack of concern for their clients is evident. Avoid this company at all costs. **Edit: you are claiming I’m not a customer, would you like me to post a copy of my Rubin Custom Homes invoice publicly?**

Steve Rubin sold this company to a new owner whose team has never built a new home. This is not the same company that shows glowing reviews from years ago. We are so glad that we decided NOT to go with this company. They took a significant amount of money from my neighbor over the course of 2+ years then cancelled his contract without even securing a permit to build. They are refusing to refund any of his money and have put a lien on his lot. Caveat Emptor!
