This MD was condescending and did not listen to me. I saw him regarding an ongoing issue that I've struggled with for a few years and have been working on with my PCP. I scheduled a virtual visit to avoid going to urgent care. I tried to explain what I’d been doing, but he’d interrupt and make comments that made it clear he wasn't listening. Dr. Rubin took the time to cover all of my options for treatment, emphasizing the importance of self-care for my mental health and offering affirmation of my needs in an incredibly professional yet compassionate manner.
I would unequivocally recommend Dr. Rubin to anyone who wants a doctor who will spend the time to solve challenging problems. His bed side manner is empathetic, warm and professional. He is a caring, intelligent and compassionate family man. I have a complicated array of chronic conditions and he has always looked for ways to make my life better, instead of sending me out with yet another prescription drug like many of his peers. He is a rare gem!

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were sympathetic to my situation. . I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being.
