I’ve been going to this gym for a few years now, and it has helped me in so many ways, both physically and mentally. The community is very welcoming and supportive, and the coaching is amazing. The coach knows exactly how to challenge and push you to be better while still meeting you where you are. I’ve met some truly amazing people here who motivate me, support me, and make every workout something I actually look forward to.
So blessed by my experience here! A friend brought me here about 8 months ago. I didn’t know it was a CrossFit gym and I’m not even sure I knew what CrossFit was. I went in having never lifted a barbell, never jumped on a box, never swung from a bar…I was nervous and feeling awkward…I didn’t think I would last long. Those feelings quickly passed as Dave and his community of members embraced me and encouraged me more than I ever could have expected. I’m stronger, healthier, and happier than I’ve ever been. This place was a god send when I needed it the most. Come in, lift heavy, and leave happy.
This place has been the biggest blessing! From starting and not even realizing it was a cross fit gym and being very hesitant to now being a lifelong member! Coach Dave and coach Kate are amazing! Both so helpful so motivating and encouraging. From not being able to do hardly anything to getting in gear and showing up and doing the work I couldn’t be more grateful! Hands down best gym in the area by a long shot. Come try it yourself!
Amazing gym, great atmosphere, and super friendly people. Coach Dave is hands down an amazing coach supportive, motivating, and really knows how to push you safely. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
