I have been with this gym since the begining 4 1/2 years. I am in the best shape of my life! It's a great place to get an amazing workout and build lasting friendships. The best part is you don't have to create your own workout, they got you covered. If you have ever been interested in doing something like crossfit, it's a great place to come in and check it out. Super friendly and never intimidating!

I've been going since January and I love it. It's a new Family. I've lost almost 90 pounds and I'm stronger then I've ever been. Love this new family

This gym is my home away from home. Full of top quality coaches. Even the family of people who come here are amazing! The culture is what has kept me driving 20 minutes from home 3 times a week for the last 2-1/2 years, and I love it more every time I visit. I was just out of town for 5 days and have missed the killer workouts SO much! I can’t wait to get back there tomorrow, I’m fiending for some Rubicon action.
