"I truly hope everyone does their due diligence before booking here. I have never experienced a doctor that was as cold, unprofessional, having most accusatory tone, unpleasant, not personable, and unfriendly as this doctor. Dr. Sadiq is good but I've been noticing mistakes with medication. And this has happened now for the 3rd time. So that's not exceptable and my other problem I have is office management I don't think is managed well. Instead of telling us we aren't going to do that again without a solution when it's something that is done normally at a doctor's office I've never had this problem at a doctor's office of not being weighed because we use a wheelchair. Terrible Dr. She won't take the time to listen to you. Always rushing and very rude. The staff is friendly.
I had a horrible experience during my recent doctor's visit. The office manager, Patricia A., displayed racist behavior and called the Benbrook police on me when I refused to speak with her. She falsely accused me of being irate and violated my privacy by sharing my personal information with the police. I felt threatened, especially considering the biased treatment that black individuals often face from law enforcement.
