Dr. Sadiq is good but I've been noticing mistakes with medication. And this has happened now for the 3rd time. So that's not exceptable and my other problem I have is office management I don't think is managed well. Instead of telling us we aren't going to do that again without a solution when it's something that is done normally at a doctor's office I've never had this problem at a doctor's office of not being weighed because we use a wheelchair. Terrible Dr. She won't take the time to listen to you. Always rushing and very rude. The staff is friendly.
Texas Health has great practices across its system- this isn’t one of them. I came with my sister who had made an apt for chest pain and high BP. The front desk wasn’t able to verify her insurance because the system was down- so they charged an estimate of 160 for the visit which I paid. We then proceed to a private room where the provider seemed to be in a rush… after speaking with the provider she put an order for lab work and an EKG. I had a horrible experience during my recent doctor's visit. The office manager, Patricia A., displayed racist behavior and called the Benbrook police on me when I refused to speak with her. She falsely accused me of being irate and violated my privacy by sharing my personal information with the police. I felt threatened, especially considering the biased treatment that black individuals often face from law enforcement.
